Donnellda holds a J.D. from Howard University School of Law and a B.A. from Hampton University.

Ellen Rice Chever is a management consultant with a background spanning boutique firms and global companies, including Deloitte. She specializes in strategy, public policy, program management, and change management. Ellen holds a B.A. from Hampton University, an MPP from Georgetown University, and an MBA from MIT Sloan. She is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP), Prosci Certified Change Management Practitioner, and a LUMA Institute Human-Centered Design Practitioner.
